Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. If contacted out of this time frame we are unable to issue a refund.

 

Any personalised and custom orders are non refundable unless we are at fault.

 

Any orders which are needing replacing or refunding we ask for the items to be shipped back to us in a prepaid shipping label which you can recieve by contacted us either on the online chat or email - littleuniquecustomers@gmail.com. once the items have returned back to us in a new unused condition we are able to refund or replace.
